Exchange Policy

You can exchange your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment for a different size, or an item of equal value.

• They must be in original condition with tags
• Clothing must be unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for exchange?

• There are no charges for an exchange
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping and also making sure the shipping label is designated to our correct address for returns

*If there was an error our end, we will cover return shipping costs.

*Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
